- The Rays of the Morning Sun should enter as many rooms as possible.
- Master bedroom in the southwest, kitchen in the southeast or northwest, and no bedrooms in the northeast.
- Property should slope downward from the south to north and/or from west to east.
- Water Bodies must be located in the north, east or northeast of the property. Water should flow from south to the north and/or from west to east or northeast.
- Height & Weight must be in the southwest, south or west.
- Compound Wall should be built before any other construction begins.
- The staircase should be such that you face south or west while climbing up. Staircase should ascend from north to south or from east to west and should be clockwise.
