- Leave more open space around the building preferably in the north and east sides. There should be more open space in the north and east than in the south and west.
- It is always better to have the main building independent of the compound walls.

- Guests should be accommodated in rooms in the North West side of the house.
- Doors inside the house should preferably be in the North, North East, or East sections.
- Avoid placing heavy objects in the North East corner of the building.
- Balconies should be in the North and East Rooms.
- Avoid having houses near electrical transformers or power lines. If it is inevitable, always use blue or grey color paint for exteriors so that the colors absorb more positive energy from the atmosphere.
- Never have the stair case in the north east side of the house as it will hinder money making.
- If the roads get wider in front of the house, it is considered a good sign for money generation.
- Always try to have space on all sides of the bed. If the bed is kept against the wall, you will face difficulties in the matters of finance.
- Wall to wall carpets are not recommended. The thicker the carpets, the more difficult will situation be in the house.
- Avoid glare from any reflecting from any source to fall into the house. Any glare is a harsh form of energy, hence avoid it.
- Always use a screen to protect against any glare from the neighboring buildings.
- Flyovers near the buildings are not considered auspicious since this can mean that opportunities could go overhead and out of you reach.
- Always have all the corners of the plot free and open to sky. Do not allow any corner to be blocked by a building.
- Odd shaped plots and buildings, especially the triangular shaped ones, cause risk in financial dealings.

- A beam above the dining table can upset the finances as a dining table represents the utility of the finances.
- It is not advisable to leave washed clothes to dry overnight as they absorb negative energy. If worn the next day, it wont be a progressive day.
